Safe-T-Lac

BSA offers you Safe-T-Lac, a blend of sodium diacetate and lactate (sodium or potassium) that provides better protection against Listeria monocytogenes.

This blend serves to inhibit the growth of Listeria monocytogenes during the shelf life of food products, in spite of improper packaging or storage temperature practices.

The addition of this potassium lactate based blend allows you to reduce the amount of sodium in your products without affecting their shelf life.
