Pilot Plant

We invite you to come and work on the development of your meat products in our pilot plant, an experimental laboratory especially designed for the processing of meat products. With the help and expertise of our technicians, as well as access to specialized equipment, you will be able to follow your products as they go through every stage of production.

Whatever your needs are, we can meet them, from preparing a brine to cooking the final product, including the injection and tumbling of brine cured products, the stuffing of emulsions, or the manufacturing of marinated products. We even have a mechanical separator and drying cells for fermented products.

All you have to do is bring your meat, and we will take care of the rest.
